Intellectual Property & Ownership
Data Ownership
All proprietary methodologies, research algorithms, and specific analytics outputs remain the exclusive property of Incheon Insight Data.
License to Use
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and utilize insights for internal strategic planning only.
Redistribution, scraping, or automated extraction of our data products without express written consent is strictly prohibited. The "Incheon Insight Data" brand name, logo, and all visual assets are protected under South Korean and international trademark laws.
Acceptable Use Policy

No systematic monitoring or copying of content through bots, spiders, or scrapers.

Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the Incheon District Court.
